Our client has an opportunity for a skilled organiser to ensure the smooth running of a busy office and provide support to the Directors and Management team as necessary.
Specific duties include:
Director Support Provide secretarial support to the Directors Diary management Provide secretarial support to Managers (where required) Answer and deal appropriately with incoming telephone calls, e-mails and messages Organise reception and courtesy facilities Book all travel and accommodation required by staff for business purposes Organising meetings and lunches General administrative duties Meet and greet clients*partners Preparing board packs for monthly board meetings Personnel Support Facilities Management Liaising and dealing with contractors Including. Cleaners, alarms, maintenance, lifts, heating, air con, electric*gas, etc. Day to day issues*queries Office maintenance Mobiles*Blackberrys Beverage supplies Stationery & Toner orders Business Stationery Landlords Insurances Reviewing supplier details and prices
This role will suit someone with professional communication skills and a good level of computer literacy specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Hours of work are 9-5, Monday to Friday.
